Sublime Syrup | Alcoholic | Rum Collins




Elderflower has an intense and distinctive flavour. It gives the cocktail a strong aftertaste that binds perfectly to white rum.


Yield: 350 ml

SUBLIME Elderflower syrup 10 ml

SUBLIME Liquid grape sugar 30 ml

Squeezed lime juice

Lime 20 g

Mint 7 g

White rum 40 ml

Club soda 200 ml

Ice cubes 7

Garnish: Maraschino cherries


1. Place 2 wedges of lime into the glass and press it with the muddler to release the lime juice.

2. Add the mint leaves and press kindly with the muddler (without breaking them).

3. Pour the elderflower syrup and liquid grape sugar into the glass.

4. Squeeze 10 ml of lime juice.

5.Put the ice into the glass leaving 1 cm from the edge.

5. Pour white rum and club soda over the ice.

6. Mix carefully with the spoon from bottom to top.

7. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
