Liquorice

With its strong taste the liquorice gives to the cocktail an intense flavour, while elderflower enhances the refreshing note.

INGREDIENTS

Yield:350 ml

SUBLIME Liquorice syrup 5 ml

SUBLIME Elderflower syrup 5 ml

SUBLIME Liquid grape sugar 15 ml

Lime 10 g

Orange 20 g

Soda pop 200 ml

Ice cubes 7

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place 2 wedges of orange and a slice of lime into the glass and press them with the muddler.

2. Pour the liquorice syrup, elderflower syrup and liquid grape sugar.

3. Put the ice into the glass leaving 1 cm from the edge.

4. Pour soda pop over the ice.

5. Mix carefully with the spoon from bottom to top.
